Many healthcare providers and youth-serving professionals lack training to effectively and respectfully communicate with sexual and gender minority youth. Proud Teen uses gamulation to demonstrate a confidential, inclusive conversation between a gender-queer adolescent and their provider, establishing respectful and inclusive communication strategies in a healthcare setting. Throughout the gamulation, users are prompted with a series of questions to identify the most inclusive and confidential ways to navigate the conversation and interaction.
